The New balance TC1260 wicket keeping pads have been designed to be comfortable, lightweight and flexible, but also reinforced with specifically designed protective elements for your legs and hands.

Keeping gear is different from batting gear. Start with gloves and inners that fit well, then add keeping pads and a helmet.
- Gloves: choose Junior, Youth or Adult. Try them on over your inners. They should close easily into a catching shape, with your fingers reaching well into the ends.
- Inners: always wear them. Plain chamois gives the most feel. Padded inners give more protection.
- Pads: keeping pads are shorter and lighter than batting pads, so you can squat and move. The knee roll should sit on your knee cap.
- Helmet: wear one whenever you stand up to the stumps.
