A development from last seasons New Balance DC PRO, the 2020/21 cricket bat takes the DC Pro profile and shape to an all-new performance level. With a low swell, large edges, and a forgiving sweet spot, it’s perfect for the player who is looking to make an impact on every shot.

Handle/Spec Shape: 6 Piece Singapore Cane/ Semi Oval (33/38)
Grip: Navy/White/Orange
Toe Guard: N/A
Profile/ Shape: Low Swell. Large Edges and Sweet Spot
Bow: Standard; Spine Height: High maximising hitting power of centre cricket bat.
Face: Semi Flat – Latest trend in cricket bats to add durability to edges.
Willlow Grade: Grade1/2 (Split) English Willow

Choosing a cricket bat comes down to four things: size, weight, willow and how it feels in your hands.

Size: most adults use a Short Handle bat. For juniors, choose by height, and if they're between sizes, go smaller.
Weight: pick the heaviest bat you can swing comfortably for a whole innings, not the heaviest you can lift.
Willow: English willow is lighter and livelier for hard-ball cricket. Kashmir willow is tougher and more affordable, great for a first bat.
Knocking in: a new English willow bat needs knocking in before you face a leather ball, unless it's sold as Play Now or Match Ready.
