🏏 Gray-Nicolls Victus Force Junior Cricket Bat – Ready Play English Willow Junior Bat
The Gray-Nicolls Victus Force Junior Cricket Bat is a quality English willow junior cricket bat designed for young players who want balance, confidence and strong all-round performance.
Made from English Willow, the Victus Force gives developing junior cricketers a reliable blade with a clean feel, making it suitable for training, nets and junior match play.
With a mid profile, slight bow, generous edges and rounded POWERCURVE face, this bat is designed to support controlled stroke play while giving young batters a forgiving hitting zone.
This is a Ready Play cricket bat, meaning it has been factory prepared to reduce preparation time. However, additional knocking-in and gradual net use with an older ball is still recommended before full match use against a leather cricket ball.

Choosing a cricket bat comes down to four things: size, weight, willow and how it feels in your hands.
- Size: most adults use a Short Handle bat. For juniors, choose by height, and if they're between sizes, go smaller.
- Weight: pick the heaviest bat you can swing comfortably for a whole innings, not the heaviest you can lift.
- Willow: English willow is lighter and livelier for hard-ball cricket. Kashmir willow is tougher and more affordable, great for a first bat.
- Knocking in: a new English willow bat needs knocking in before you face a leather ball, unless it's sold as Play Now or Match Ready.
