We expect your children will be disciplined and exemplary at all times at Western Sports Centre (WSC) in order to carry out the program and safe and effective manner. At any time if any of the coaches or staff considers your child is risking the safety of other participants or coaches, he may be asked to leave until further notice. WSC Staff will prepare full incident report and inform the guardian/parent.

RCA and WSC staff may take photos or videos of sessions for promotional, marketing purposes and media publications. All photos and videos will not be shared with any third parties. RCA and WSC team reserves the right to use the photos and videos for advertising purposes. By clicking on Register Now button and completing the online registration form and payment, you agree and accept this term and condition.

Registered Players are expected to attend all sessions and no make up classes will be provided.

Refunds Policy – Membership fees is strictly non refundable. Any session(s) charges are also non-refundable unless extreme circumstances and will be purely under RCA Management team’s discretion based on information furnished. Cancellation charges – 20% of estimated refund applies in all circumstances.
