🏏 Gray-Nicolls Blitz 750 Play Now Adult Cricket Bat – Grade 3 English Willow Bat
The Gray-Nicolls Blitz 750 Play Now Adult Cricket Bat is a powerful English willow cricket bat designed for players who like to attack, score quickly and play with confidence.
Crafted from Grade 3 English Willow, the Blitz 750 offers excellent value for serious club cricketers wanting quality performance, balance and a clean feel through the ball.
With a mid-high profile, even bow, large edges and rounded POWERCURVE face, this bat is ideal for players who enjoy front-foot stroke play, fast hands and aggressive cricket shots.
This is a Play Now cricket bat, meaning it has been factory prepared to reduce preparation time. However, additional knocking-in and gradual net use with an older ball is still recommended before full match use against a leather cricket ball.

Choosing a cricket bat comes down to four things: size, weight, willow and how it feels in your hands.
- Size: most adults use a Short Handle bat. For juniors, choose by height, and if they're between sizes, go smaller.
- Weight: pick the heaviest bat you can swing comfortably for a whole innings, not the heaviest you can lift.
- Willow: English willow is lighter and livelier for hard-ball cricket. Kashmir willow is tougher and more affordable, great for a first bat.
- Knocking in: a new English willow bat needs knocking in before you face a leather ball, unless it's sold as Play Now or Match Ready.
