• Choose the correct pad size and hand option before use.
• Measure from the centre of the knee cap down to the instep to help select the right pad size.
• Adjust the padded straps so the knee sits securely inside the internal knee roll.
• Allow pads to dry fully after use before storing in a cricket bag.
• Replace pads if the foam, bolsters, straps, instep or knee protection become damaged or heavily worn.
