🏏 New Balance DC 1200 Adult Cricket Bat 2026
The New Balance DC 1200 Adult Cricket Bat 2026 is a premium English willow cricket bat designed for players seeking powerful performance, a generous hitting area and balanced pickup.
Part of the popular New Balance DC cricket bat range, the DC 1200 features the celebrated DC profile with a mid-to-low swell, large edges and generous sweet spot. This shape makes it particularly well suited to attacking batters and stroke makers who enjoy playing positively off the front foot.
Crafted from Grade 1 English Willow, the DC 1200 combines high-quality willow with a substantial hitting profile. The large edges and low-to-mid hitting area provide plenty of power through the main scoring zone while maintaining a balanced feel through the hands.
A semi-oval cane handle provides a comfortable and controlled feel, while the natural blade finish showcases the English willow.

Choosing a cricket bat comes down to four things: size, weight, willow and how it feels in your hands.
- Size: most adults use a Short Handle bat. For juniors, choose by height, and if they're between sizes, go smaller.
- Weight: pick the heaviest bat you can swing comfortably for a whole innings, not the heaviest you can lift.
- Willow: English willow is lighter and livelier for hard-ball cricket. Kashmir willow is tougher and more affordable, great for a first bat.
- Knocking in: a new English willow bat needs knocking in before you face a leather ball, unless it's sold as Play Now or Match Ready.
