These batting leg guards not only protect the front of the leg but it is designed to reduce the risk of being hit on the side of the leg and knee. The wings add another layer of protection without a huge sacrifice in weight.

The right batting pads fit your leg length, so the knee roll sits on your knee and the pad covers you down to the top of your foot.

• Size: choose by leg length, not age. Sizes run from Small Junior up to Large Adult. Check the size chart below.
• Fit: the knee roll should sit on your knee cap, and the bottom of the pad should rest on the top of your foot.
• Type: lightweight pads suit juniors and quick runners. Traditional cane pads give more protection against fast bowling.
• Side: choose right-handed or left-handed pads to match how you bat, or ambidextrous pads that suit either.
